He is well known in the industry for his excellent acumen in acquisition, planning and execution of Projects. Mr. Mehta has worked tirelessly to make his mark in the real estate market in India by focusing on commitment and a passion for creating and delivering excellence. Being Erstwhile Promoters of Sunshine Group, He has implemented & delivered some landmark projects with a total construction area of over 20 Lakh Sq.Ft of prime real estate.

With a commerce background and Master in Corporate Real Estate by qualification, he has over 20 years experience in the field of Real Estate, having expertise in Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Project acquisitions, Legal affairs and overall management etc. Mr. Ashit has rich experience of working with industry’s stalwarts like Rustomjee, Neelkanth, Sunshine Group in last 20 years thereby being a value addition to the group profile.

He is qualified as M.Com from Mumbai University, Diploma in Materials Management, Diploma in Financial Management, P.G Diploma in Human Resources Development through NIHRD Central Govt. Recognized and Diploma in Computer Studies through National Computing Centre (UK). Mr. Joglekar has worked with various MNCs and reputed business houses and has gained loads of expertise in last 35 years. Presently, his responsibility includes implementing Systems & Processes, Administration, Estate, Insurance etc.
With a commerce background with Bachelor of Law from Mumbai University. Mr. Bhuta has a varied experience in the construction field for more then 20 years in Real Estate. Presently Mr. Bhuta is involved with the redevelopment projects of the group and additionally shouldering the responsibility in administration and the project liaison work with statutory and non-statutory bodies.
A Civil Engineer by qualification, Mr. Naik has a rich experience of more than 25 years in the construction industry. He has executed various Residential, Commercial, Retail Shopping Malls including Mumbai’s tallest steel structure building. He essays the role of the Technical Team Leader for the group. His expertise in Planning, Designing & Project Execution for the toughest of the projects enhances the group profile.
He is Bachelor Of Management Studies (B.M.S) Graduate from the University Of Mumbai and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) degree from specializing in the field of Marketing. Mr. Vora has experience of more than 12 years in Real Estate Sales & Marketing field having handled Commercial, Residential, Budget Homes and Retail Projects. He is responsible for all Sales, CRM, Marketing and Branding activities.
He heads the Accounting & Finance Department having a rich experience of 40 years in all Accounting, Statutory, Taxation, Banking related matters of the group.
